Q: Why do I need to register with an Email One-Time Password (OTP)?
A: To ensure your account security and prevent malicious registrations. We verify your identity using a 6-digit one-time password (OTP), which is more secure and instant compared to traditional email link verification.
Q: If I change my phone, will my saved favorites be lost?
A: No. As long as you log into the same Google, Apple, or Email account, all of your saved favorite lists and personal configurations will be automatically synchronized from the cloud.
Q: Can I change my display name and avatar?
A: Yes. You can change them by tapping "Edit Profile" on the "Me" page. When joining a social dining room, you can also set a temporary name and avatar for that specific gathering.

Q: What is a "Dining Decision Room"?
A: It is an interactive, real-time space. You can create a room, invite friends by sharing a PIN code, and vote together on candidate restaurants. The system will automatically calculate the results to help everyone quickly decide what to eat.
Q: Can others see which restaurant I voted for?
A: No. Foodie Choice uses a "blind selection privacy mechanism." All members, including the room owner, can only see the "total vote count" for each restaurant. The system prevents checking the voting details of specific members.
Q: How long will room data be saved?
A: For privacy and performance, dining room data will be permanently deleted from our system 24 hours after the scheduled dining time.

Q: What are the benefits of subscribing to the Pro plan?
A: The Pro plan removes all banner and rewarded ads, unlocks unlimited daily restaurant searches, and gives you priority support for future features.
Q: Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied after subscribing?
A: Subscriptions for this service are processed entirely by the Apple App Store. Refund requests must follow Apple's official refund policies.

Q: Why are some specific restaurants not showing up on the map?
A: Our restaurant database is constantly being updated. If you find any missing restaurants, you can submit the details using the "Report New Restaurant" function. Once approved by our administrator, they will be published.
Q: Are the opening hours accurate?
A: The opening hours are for reference only. Before visiting, we recommend tapping "Call" or the "Google Maps link" in the restaurant details to double-check.
